This privacy policy pertains/applies to Goryda App services globally

Drivers: those who provide transportation to individuals who request ride with their Goryda account or who are registered on Goryda database as a driver by aligning with Goryda driver requirements and those partner drivers who are open to partnership with Goryda using their own vehicle requirement standards approved by Goryda.
Passenger/Rider: those who request and/or receive transportation through Goryda App with user account.
Individuals Visitors/Users: for individuals who hasn’t registered an account with Goryda App but receive rides and courier services ordered by another Goryda account owner either by friends, families and enterprise customers. Our privacy policy also applies to these users equally.
Brewers: for those individuals who are registered on Goryda App as drivers but has no own vehicle from owner. The browser is also embedded in the privacy policy, hence he is a legal registered driver of Goryda App user account.
Owners: for those who are not a registered Goryda App account holder, but gives out their vehicle(s) to a registered driver including the vehicle registration number, types of vehicle and the driver carrying the service(s); this policy applies to them as well.

The reports moves from users to Goryda admin via in-app message with the help of in-app notification that are sent to the drivers and delivery person to retain safe driving and protect users against reckless driving. Goryda take disciplinary action against driver or delivery person on condition of failure to adhere to driving rules. They are subjected to disciplinary action by suspension or indefinite deactivation of account. Protection of lives is part of our major concern while using Goryda services. Goryda implement data usage in connection with user consent to foster transparency and provision of live support. However, this information usage is to protect, prevent and ensure security of its services to users and general public and to ensure drivers and delivery persons follow driving rules and policies in general. This is done for the legal benefit and interest of Goryda users, masses and in relationship to the provision of security in making use of Goryda services and its third party if any.

Users may disclose this information to rescue agency or authority for your safety. You agree that Goryda does not handle emergency alert services on your behalf. Therefore, you are encouraged to reach out to authorities upon encountering threat or danger.
Users-referral claims: Goryda may share in situations of dispute or claims as specified in users report regarding its services an insurance company and referrals reward of users. Goryda disclose the information with the insurance company to verify, resolve or address the user issue. However, Goryda also share data relating to user referral reward claims, if the person denies not receiving any reward. Despite having the entire transaction on record, Goryda may share the information for an additional evidence. As such Goryda share referees data by confirming the email address to the claimer, referral date, time stamp and reward received. Goryda Admin generally solicit the referee details as any referee data are verified proceeding to reward claims or offer.
